The Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 353 dated September 3, 2020 approved the Rules for submitting and obtaining information about an employment contract in a unified system for recording employment contracts (hereinafter – the “Rules”).
According to the Rules, information about newly concluded employment contracts must be entered by the employer into the unified system for recording employment contracts no later than 5 working days from the date of signing the employment contract by both parties.
Information about employment contracts which have not expired, must be entered by the employer into the unified system of recording employment contracts:
– within a year from the date of entry into force of the Rules for enterprises with staff number up to 2,000 people;
– within two years from the date of entry into force of the Rules for enterprises with staff number more than 2,000 people.
Information on the amendments and additions made in the employment contract is entered by the employer into the unified system for recording employment contracts no later than 15 calendar days from the date the amendments and additions to the employment contract were signed by both parties.
Information on the termination of the employment contract is entered by the employer into the unified system for recording employment contracts no later than 3 working days from the date of termination of the employment contract.
The Order No. 353 dated September 3, 2020 comes into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication (from September 18, 2020).
