Services for investigation of legality of decisions made by tax service authorities in respect of our customers, including documentary due diligence conducted in the course of inspection by such authorities. At that, as a company may wish, MinTax can provide following types of services:
- investigation of issues related to legality of decisions made by tax service authorities;
- preparation of motions and plaints in respect of the decision made by tax service authorities, and participation in their investigation;
- in case of negative result we prepare documents for appealing to superior body of tax service authorities or to court;
- participation in consideration of a case in superior tax service authorities or in court.
