Mukhtar works in the tax sphere since 1993, over 7 years worked in the tax authorities of Almaty city. Since 1999, he has practical experience in the leading auditing and consulting groups of the RoK as a senior manager, financial director, Head of tax audit department.
He organizes the work of our Tax Department and directly participates in the performance of tax audits (reviews) of our clients – major local and foreign companies doing business in various sectors of the economy, preparing tax declarations, elaborating Tax Accounting Policies. He provides tax-related consultations to the customers, in particular – taxation of subsurface users, maintenance and improvement of tax accounting, IFRS, transfer pricing, etc.
Mukhtar takes an active part in seminars and Round table discussions.
