More than 10 years’ work experience in the institution of the RoK Tax Authorities. From 2001 to 2005 – Chief of Methodology Department on International Taxation, International Taxation Department of the Tax Committee under the RoK Ministry of Finance. Aliya directly participated in the preparation of draft amendments to legislative and other regulatory legal acts of RoK concerning taxation, including International Taxation. Participated in negotiations with representatives of Tax Authorities of foreign states, in the course of development of the draft International Treaties on Avoidance of Double Taxation entered into by RoK.
From 2008 she is a member of our team. Aliya is engaged in issues related to application of the tax legislation, such as RoK non-residents’ taxation, application of International Treaties on Avoidance of Double Taxation, prepares materials for appealing with the Tax Authorities, elaborates TAPs, provides consultations on tax-related issues, takes direct part in the performance of tax audits (reviews) and so on. She actively participates in Round table discussions.
