On September 8, 2017 Mr. Yerlan Galiev, Independent Partner of MinTax Group conducted a workshop dedicated to the subject “Important   issues related to appealing tax audit notices, actions, omissions of tax authorities in courts” at Kazakhstan’s Association of Taxpayers” (KAT) Association of Legal Entities.

The workshop was attended by representatives of major companies from Kazakhstan and abroad, as well as KAT experts.

The seminar was organized due to innovations in the civil procedural legislation, new provisions in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of appealing tax audit notices in courts.

A wide range of important issues related to tax law and appealing tax audit notices was discussed at the seminar.
