MinTax Group took part in organizing and conducting the Fourth Almaty Business-Forum (ABF-2015) “Inter-Regional Cooperation and Collaboration of Agricultural Enterprises in the EAEU and Central Asia”.

Mr. Andrey Khorunzhiy – Managing Partner, MinTax Group, Acting President of the “Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Republic of Kazakhstan” PA and Mr. Yerlan Galiyev – Independent Partner, MinTax Group, the Attorney, were members of the Organizing Committee of ABF-2015 which was held in Almaty, Almaty Towers complex on 10-11 June 2015, simultaneously with the Sixth Russia-Kazakhstan Industrial Exhibition “Expo-RussiaKazakhstan 2015”.

The following topics were discussed at the round tables of ABF-2015:

  • The problem issues of transport and logistics. Solutions.
  • Financing (crediting) of exporters and importers of fruit/vegetable and food products.
  • Certification and phytosanitary control of products, in accordance with the requirements of the Customs Union.
  • Presentations of regions and businesses’ projects aimed at expanding collaboration and cooperation of participants of foreign economic activity in agriculture.
  • Customs operations and customs control. The benefits of the simplified customs corridor
  • Procurement, storage, processing, packing and sale of fruits and vegetables.

Andrey Khorunzhiy was the moderator of the Round Table dedicated to the actual changes in the tax legislation and financial accounting policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also made a report on current issues of the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and tax planning.

Yerlan Galiyev made a report dedicated to important issues related to legislation on permits and notifications in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
