On November 4, 2011 Andrey Khorunzhiy, Managing Partner of MinTax Group, and Yerlan Galiyev, Partner of MinTax Group, took part in the VI-th Forum of corporate lawyers.
The Forum was arranged by VIPromotion Communication Group Agency with the participation of leading international and Kazakhstan legal and consulting companies. During the Forum’s Session dedicated to Tax Control, Risks and Dispute Settlement Andrey Khorunzhiy made a report on the subject “Tax Planning as an Element of the Business’ Legal Structure”, also the Forum participants were presented with information prepared by the RoK Chamber of Tax Consultants PA concerning the creation of the “Taxes in Kazakhstan” Education and Information Portal, about purposes, tasks and possibilities of the portal, examples of webinars and video lectures were presented.
Yerlan Galiyev spoke at the Forum’s Session concerning issues related to subsurface use and made a report titled “Purchases of Subsurface Users: Aspects of Kazakh Content”. On completion of the reports, the Forum’s audience got an opportunity to obtain answers to their questions.
