MinTax Group represented by Gaukhar Narbekova – Partner, Director of the Audit Department and Yerlan Galiyev – Independent Partner, Attorney, took part in a conference on the topic: “Tax and Customs Administration Issues”, which was organized and held on February 14, 2020 by the Kazakhstan Taxpayers Association (KTA) in conjunction with the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance and the Supreme Court of the RoK[1].

The conference was attended by members of the Supreme Court of the RoK and the specialized judicial board, heads of the RoK Ministry of National Economy, RoK Ministry of Finance, State Revenue Committee of the RoK Ministry of Finance, judges of municipal and regional courts, representatives of regional State Revenue Departments, other state bodies and taxpayers.

During the conference, topical issues were discussed regarding  the application of the norms of RoK tax legislation in the context of in-house supervision, etc.
