In the end of last year Majilis adopted and sent to the Senate the bill “On Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy”. The government rejected the proposals of the Ak Zhol deputies to include a section of the bankruptcy of individuals, which also include individual entrepreneurs. Then fraction DPK Ak Zhol announced intentions to develop a separate law “On Bankruptcy of individuals and entrepreneurs “.

They are our people, our citizens,” Ak Zhol member said.
