It provides for the application of international principles and audit requirements of the Lima Declaration and international standards of audit, the Chairman of the Majilis Committee for Finance and Budget, Gulzhana Karagusova said. The subjects of external state audit and financial control are Counting Committee and the Counting Commission.

The subjects of internal public audit and financial control are the authorized agency for  internal audit, the internal audit agencies of central government bodies, service of akim of a region, a city of republican status, capitals, as well as the internal audit departments of central government bodies.
