Serik Akhmetov, the RoK prime minister instructed “all ministries and agencies to stop all the unreasonable and unscheduled inspection of business entities.” This was said during the meeting on issues of implementation of the president’s instructions announced during the Day of Industrialization, according to the site of the prime -minister.

Head of Government outlined the priorities of ministries and departments.

“We have to develop a Program of the Second Five-year Industrialization before the end of the first half of 2014. We also have to develop integrated development plans of basic industries such as oil and gas, mining, metallurgy, agriculture in conjunction with it”, Serik Akhmetov said.

In this regard, he requested to expedite the establishment of the Commission on Industrial Development.

The head of the government emphasized that “in the development of the Program of the Second Five-Year Industrialization, the industrial policy should be “flexible” and quickly adapt to changes in global trends.”

As part of measures to support SMEs , Serik Akhmetov instructed concerned government agencies ” to revise legislation to cancel the regulations preventing the development of small and medium-sized businesses .”

Also, one was instructed to submit proposals on strategic approaches and integrated solutions to strengthen the institution of private property, the development of measures to support budding entrepreneurs in the choice of promising fields.

“We need to bring to the business the tools of business support, strengthen work on clarification, promote business guide for beginners. It is necessary to carry out effective work of centers on businesses service, “Serik Akhmetov said.

Concluding the meeting, the Prime Minister stressed that “all orders of the president must be performed accurately and in a timely manner.”
