These payments will be received by more than 150 thousand of working woman.

Today, Majilis has approved amendments at the plenary meeting on matters concerning social welfare benefit, the press service of the agency informed.
The draft law provides for, subsidization of pension contributions for working women being on maternity leave until a child is one year old.
At that, 4% of 10 % proposed will be paid on account of social payments using the funds of obligatory social insurance and 6 % – from the funds of the budget.
This benefits will annually be paid to 150 000 working women. The republican budget for 2014-2016 provides for 30,6 billion Tenge, including for 2014 – 8,8 million Tenge.
According to information of the ministry of the social labour and social protection, the draft law was elaborated under the instruction of the Head of the state announced on 7 June 2013 on further development of the pension system, and the Concept of the new budget policy of the RoK approved by the RoK President on 26 June 2013 No. 590.
The main innovation of the draft law is subsidization of pension contributions for working women being on maternity leave until a child is one year old.
To perform subsidization of pension contributions the republican project for 2014-2016 provides for 30,6 billion Tenge.
Another innovation of the draft law is transition to mandatory professional pension contributions for workers engaged in special work conditions from 1 January 2014.
Currently the work on preparation of the list of production, works, professions of workers, for the benefit of which the mandatory pension contributions comprising 5% will be made by contributors using their own funds, has been completed.
To encourage employers to improve labour conditions, the draft law provides for exemption from payment of mandatory professional pension charges, should harmful (especially harmful) work conditions be excluded, after testing production facilities.
In general, the draft law is aimed at improvement of social protection of retirees and participants of the mandatory social insurance.
The draft law will not entail negative legal and social and economical consequences, should it be adopted.
