On January 2013 the RoK Law “On Republican Budget for 2013 – 2015” entered into force and established:

1) The minimum salary comprising KZT 18, 660;

2) The amount of basic pension payment comprising KZT 9, 330;

3) The minimum pension benefits comprising KZT 19, 066;

4) The Monthly Reference Index to assess benefits and other social charges and for application of penal sanctions,taxes and other payments in accordance with the RoK legislation comprising KZT 1, 731;

5) The minimum living wage to assess the basic social charges comprising KZT 18, 660.
