According to information provided by the Press Service of the RoK President, on 19 February 2013 Nursultan Nazarbayev, the Head of the Government signed the Law “On Ratification of the Protocol of Introduction of Amendments into the Treaty concerning certain issues to ensure payment of customs duties and taxes in respect of goods transported in accordance with the customs procedure of the customs transit as well as collection of customs duties, taxes and a procedure of transfer of collected amounts on such goods as that dated 21 may 2010”.
