Analysts report that this is due to the increasing mass cyber attacks – in 2013 about 91% of organizations were attacked by hackers. In addition, this is caused by rapid growth of popularity of servers and programs designed to encrypt data and to enhance safety of information.

According to representatives of “Kaspersky Lab” , these facts demonstrate that the Internet can be divided into regional areas with limited access outside of each segment , “Novaya Gazeta” reports.
