Industry groups and leading players in the mobile business around the world is slowly but surely working on the question of nature of 5G, the fifth-generation standard for cellular wireless communications, Business portal Kapital.kz informs.

NTT DoCoMo, a Japanese operator has made it clear that without regard to the progressivity of the rising sun country, where all the latest technologies are generated, 5G should be expected not earlier than in 2020. Everything depends on the ratification of the standard, but in any case, the world should see “the speed of a hundred times more than at present against the background of a thousand-fold increase of usable capacity of the network.”
