In the past year, Apple has shipped 13.03 million of these laptops to the market. According to information of Digitimes, Taiwan’s online publication, referencing to its sources in this industry, based on the results of this year Apple will sell the less number of MacBook laptops in comparison with 2012. The smaller figure will be obtained despite the fact that at the end of the year Apple has traditionally been increasing its portfolio of orders for laptops, tablets and smartphones, according to information provided by Business portal Kapital.kz.

Digitimes sources say that in the third quarter portfolio of orders will grow by 10-20 %, but the growth is expected to be 1-2 months, which is not enough to cover the weak performance of sales in the previous months.

Strictly speaking, Apple is very slowly increasing the volume of orders in June of this year, but this year the growth trend is much smoother than in the last year.

In the past year, Apple has shipped 13.03 million MacBook. However, in the first half of this year it shipped only 5.3 million notebooks, so in the second half of the year it will have to ship at least 7.73 million notebooks that is unlikely in the current environment.
