As you know, Steve Ballmer is a very emotional person who does not hide his emotions and drive. Almost every one of his public performance is accompanied by loud shouts. Of course, the Microsoft Head could not stay calm at the regular annual meeting of the company employees, as it was the last one for Ballmer – over the next few months he will leave his post.

During his speech, the Head of Microsoft promised to employees that “we will change the world again”; during his one hour’s speech he referred to the purchase of Nokia mobile subdivision, and of course, his departure from the company.

Then Steve Ballmer turned on the song by Michael Jackson “Wanna Be Startin ‘Somethin” which was played during his very first meeting of Microsoft employees in 1983. While the track was playing, he began to run and jump on the stage  shouting loudly:  “This is the sound of Microsoft!” After the song Ballmer stopped his speech for a short while, inviting everyone “to enjoy this moment” with tears in his eyes and then added: “You are working in the greatest company in the world”.

Ballmer thanked the thousands of employees of Microsoft, who came to listen to his farewell speech: “I want to thank you. This is not about a particular person, but the company thinking progressively, the innovative company “. The Microsoft Head finished his speech with the song “I’ve had The Time of My Life”. Shouting words of this song, he went on running around the stage and saying goodbye to the staff who applauded and shouted to him: “We love you”.
