Asian Daily, citing information obtained from a representative of Samsung, informs that the Korean manufacturer plans to release a limited batch of GALAXY Note 3 Limited Edition with flexible displays in the next month.

We would like to recall that at the beginning of the year we was informed that Samsung and LG was ready for mass production of flexible displays in the 4th quarter. It is therefore likely that the first, trial batch of GALAXY Note 3 Limited Edition can be placed on the market in October.

Here it should be understood that the availability of a flexible display does not mean that the device can be bent in all directions – this requires more flexible batteries and memory chips. Therefore, at the moment these Smartphone does not exist (for sure they will appear in the next few years).

However, with flexible displays one can, for example, make the device slightly curved for easy management and making calls. Additionally, such a display cannot be broken. Given the fact that the Korean company shortly after the announcement of GALAXY S4 unveiled its secure version of the GALAXY S4 Active, it can be assumed that the GALAXY Note 3 Limited Edition will be protected not only from dust and water, but also from physical damage. It would be a very interesting product.
