1) minimum wage – KZT 60,000;
2) minimum size of the state basic pension payment – KZT 19,450;
3) minimum pension – KZT 46,302;
4) monthly reference index for calculating benefits and other social payments, as well as for applying penalties, taxes and other payments in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan – KZT 3,063;
5) the subsistence level for calculating the amounts of basic social benefits – KZT 36,018.
The foregoing rates have been approved by Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.77-VII dated 02 December 2021 “Concerning the Republican Budget for 2022 – 2024”.
