The special audit provides:
- Services associated with the financial statements audit prepared as per uniform basis of accounting different form International Accounting Standards or national standards;
- Check up of specified accounts, accounts component or items in financial statements, for example, on payables, inventories, calculation of bonuses paid to employees or provisions for income tax payment, check up of internal control system and in other cases. This type of an agreement may be executed as a separate agreement or as a part of the audit of an entity’s financial statements;
- Check up for compliance with contractual obligations, with the presentation of report for compliance of an entity’s business with the certain aspects of agreements for example such as an agreement of bond issues or loan agreement. These agreements usually require an entity to comply with different terms, including such matters as payment of interests, maintenance of previously determined financial coefficients, dividends payment limitation and use of income from property sale;
- Summarized financial statements audit prepared to inform a group of users interested in main fixed assets test of an entity only and results of its financial and economic activities.
