Paper-printed VAT certificates have been cancelled in Kazakhstan. They will only be issued in an electronic form , Almaty TV Channel informs.

In the meantime, if the taxpayer is removed from registration records, the certificate will be annulled and recognized as invalid. Moreover, the tax application can now be submitted only by an entity’s director.

“On the State Revenue Committee’s web site the taxpayer can obtain a series and number of VAT certificate, then a form of the certificate, and the electronic document will be forwarded to the taxpayer’s cabinet”, – said Orynkul Kaziyeva, the manager of Almaty office of the Public Services Department.
