The Head of State signed the Law of the RoK “On Employment” in the new wording aimed at improving the system of people’s employment , Zakon.kz informs with a reference to Akorda press service.

Also the Head of State signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On introducing amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues related to the people’s employment”. This Law is designated for bringing the laws into compliance with the newly adopted Law “On Employment”.

The texts of the Laws are published in the press.

The main purpose of the law is to achieve sustainable and productive employment, reduce unemployment and maintain it at a socially acceptable level. It also envisages the transition to the international standards of labor market regulation, strengthening responsibility of the unemployed and using a differentiated approach to providing social support to this social category.
