1379 objects were legalized in Kazakhstan to the amount of KZT 8.1 billion, Zakon.kz IA informs with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Finance.

“7,096 applications for the legalization of property totaling KZT 57.1 billion were received by commissions of the local executive authorities. Items claimed for legalization include: 5583 residential facilities to the amount of KZT 41.3 billion; 3540 non-residential facilities to the amount of KZT 14.3 billion, including 595 commercial facilities to KZT 7.2 billion; 13 interests in legal entities to the amount of KZT 0.7 billion; 1 security to the amount of KZT 785 million. At this point, 1379 objects have been legalized amounting to KZT 8.1 billion, “- the report says.

According to the press service, the tax authorities received no applications for the legalization of property located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.

“In terms of the number of received applications for property legalization the leaders are Almaty region and city of Almaty (2094 and 1671 respectively). The third place on the citizens’ activity belongs to Aktobe region (749 applications). As before, people of Mangistau region are least active – from the beginning of the action only 49 applications for legalization were received here” – the report says.

According to the report of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, second-tier banks opened 17 savings accounts for the legalization of money totaling KZT 2,006.1 million, from which  KZT 334.6 million were withdrawn from savings accounts, with KZT 37.2 million paid to the budget as a fee for money legalization. KZT 1 million were invested to the economy of Kazakhstan”,- the report specifies.
