According to the site of the Prime-Minister of the RoK, Kazakhstan shall not introduce any amendments into the tax legislation for the investors during 10 years, such announcement has been made by Daniyar Akishev, Chairman of the National Bank of the RoK today during the II Global Anti-Crisis Conference within Astana Economic Forum. 

 “We shall not amend the taxation within ten years for those who shall invest in Kazakhstan”, – said D. Akishev.

 According to D. Akishev, Kazakhstan shall have the clear and the transparent conditions for attraction of the state and the public investments, and shall take the actions on increase of the attractiveness of the Kazakhstani economy.

 “Kazakhstan is the country with the developing economy, and there are some global trends of capital outflow from the developing countries. In this regard, we are going to strengthen out efforts focused on protection of the investors’ rights. We are absolutely sure that the stability of the legal basis is the most important factor for any investor” – he empathized.
