The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan held a round table discussion on the proposals of the business sector on issues of concern on VAT refund, ИА “Zakon.kz” informed.

The round table discussed the amendments the tax laws governing the VAT refund issues. Representatives of the Ministry of Finance and Tax Committee of MF RK made ​​a presentation about the features of the introduction of special VAT accounts.

The discussion was attended by leaders and representatives of government agencies (Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Agency for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption (Financial Police) , the Tax Committee of MF RK ) , as well as entrepreneurs and representatives of associations .

Based on results of the round table revision of amendments to tax legislation is directed to the relevant authorities for consideration. The next meeting is scheduled for May 14, 2014.
