The decree  of the RK government dated 5 March 2014 #188 has amended the Rules for labeling (relabeling) of alcoholic beverages , except for the wine material and beer, by accounting and control marks and tobacco by excise stamps approved by the decree of the RK Government dated 31 December 2008 # 1349. Amendments are of clarifying nature and listed in paragraph 21, 23, 25 and 26  of the Rules, as follows:

“21. Issuing entities marks a new sample by the tax authority.

One copy remains with the tax authority; a second copy of the report is transferred to the subject. “

Appropriate changes have been made in the form of the Act of destruction of accounting and control marks of the old design.

The decree comes into force after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
