Nursultan Nazarbayev, the President instructed the National Bank together with the government to draft a law on amnesty of capital , Kazakhstan Today informs.

“As you know, on 1 January 2017, we will introduce the universal declaration of income of the population”, Nursultan Nazarbayev, the head of state said at a meeting of the Council of national investors.

He noted that “in the world before the introduction of the universal declaration regime, states conducted a general amnesty of capital”.

“National Bank together with the government have to develop and bring for my consideration a draft law on amnesty of capital”, Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
