Starting from the next year one will analyze risks assessment based on the certain method.   Only in this case an inspector shall visit this or that enterprise.    Source: Zakon.kz IA. In 2015, in Kazakhstan one will perform risks analysis in the sphere of business, Gulnar Kubanbayeva, Vice chairman of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the RoK said on Thursday. The information was provided by the press service of NCE of the RoK. 

“Starting from the next year one will analyze risks assessment based on the certain method.   Only in this case an inspector shall visit this or that enterprise.    But entrepreneurs should know that this is a big responsibility. If they are not inspected from the next year as per schedule, that means that they will be left to their own devices, but they shall be responsible for their work. Therefore, administrative and criminal responsibility shall be very high,” Kurbanbayeva said. 

At that, she noted that the moratorium will be applied to all types of inspection. Only the state bodies which control financial organizations, control claims and applications of entrepreneurs as well as those performing control over trafficking in firearms, pyrotechnic equipment, that is those connected with the protection of civil rights and interests of the country shall be excluded. 

Also, the vice chairman of the National chamber of entrepreneurs informed that he together with state bodies will prepare for NCE necessary amendments to current legislative acts with respect to control and supervision in the area of business activity and be prepared to the new laws and approaches. 

“For state bodies and for such organizations as the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs  this is an opportunity to prepare amendment to current legislative acts with respect to control and supervision in the area of business activity and be prepared for new laws and new approaches,” – G. Kurbanbayeva said.   

It should be noted, that N. Nazarbayev, the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan said that during the period 2 April 2014 till 1 January 2015 the moratorium will be applied to conduction of audits of small and medium business enterprises.
