The RoK Government decree dated 20 December 2013 # 1363 amended the Decree of the Government of the RoK “On approval of tax statements” which entered into force on 1 January 2014. Source: ZAKON.KZ IA.

In particular, forms of tax declarations referred to in  paragraphs 29 and 30 of paragraph 1 of the RoK Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan are set out in a new wording, wording forms name and the text part was changed.

Forms are read as follows:

 29) to obtain a tax clearance certificate, a certificate confirming absence of debt on obligatory pension contributions, obligatory  professional pension contributions and social contributions;

30) to obtain an extract from the account of the status of payments to the budget for fulfillment of the tax liabilities and liabilities to calculate, withhold and transfer obligatory pension contributions , obligatory  professional pension contributions and social contributions.

Previous version:
