This service was placed on site of E-Gov of the RoK, as the television channel 24.​kz. informs. Before, to receive a document a person had to spend 3 days. Now it takes several minutes.

The procedure will be simplified under the orders of the Presidents on improvement of the state services quality. The new service has already been tested by thousands of Kazakhstan citizens.

Sabit Nurlybayev, vice-chairman of the committee of the RoK general prosecutors Office:

– In 2012 600 thousand of references were given, and for 2013 – more than 1 million. It proves that this service is of need.

Citizens who have e – digital signature can receive the reference at home or at work. Those who have no e- digital signature should visit a Public Service Center. Operators there will provide them with the reference during 3 minutes. Source: Web—site of the television channel 24.kz.
