ASTANA, 20 December –  Novosty –Kazakhstan IA. Measures should be taken to tighten penalties for illegal inspection of business by officials in Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, the President said.

“It is important to take measures to toughen punishment of officials for illegal business inspection. General Prosecutor’s do not perform its task in full. 140,000 inspections have been performed for the last 9 month. More than half of them – unscheduled and were conducted because of false reports of public officials,”- Nazarbayev said at the teleconference on launch of objects of industrialization map on Friday.

President of Kazakhstan said on Friday that he intends to dissolve the organizations, which stifle business by their illegal inspection. In addition, he called Kazakhstan to develop SMEs and instructed the government to finalize the support measures for entrepreneurs.
