Property income-income from the value growth when selling property. 

Tax Authority of Almaty based on information received from Department of Justice of Almaty have identified 1 469 individuals who received property income without paying taxes as reported by Nda.​kz. 

Taxpayers were sent notifications in order they could independently to eliminate violations of the RoK laws. Currently 135 taxpayers presented tax returns showing income. The amount of taxes paid is more then 63 billion Tenge. 

Property income-income from the value growth when selling property (dwelling, land plots, immovable property, summerhouse constructions, garages and etc) held under the property right during the period less than one year from the date of property registration. The tax rate is 10% of income in the form of value growth.
