In Kazakhstan, one has offered a three months imprisonment for disorderly conduct. In this case, for this administrative offense the fine will be increased from 5 to 200 MCI (1731 Tenge), reports the Kapital.kz Business Portal.  This was written by the Prime Minister, Serik Akhmetov, in response to the request of the deputy of the Majilis, Tursunbek Omurzakov.

In addition, for drinking alcoholic beverages or appearance in public drunkenness, the maximum arrest term will be about 2 months (in the current Code of Administrative Offences – up to 15 days).

Currently, the working group on the development of these documents, a mechanism of reflection this actions in  personal files and summaries is elaborating, as well as accounting of  the facts of offenses against public order, when applying for a job and moving up the career ladder.

The Prime Minister also noted that for the first 9 months of 2013 the number of offenses has reached 51,660. It is 96, 9 thousand tenge for a total.
