Now it has become possible for citizens taxpayers to pay personal taxes (vehicle tax for individuals, property tax, land tax) via:

1. cash dispensers of Halyk bank JSC, Kazkommertsbank JSC, Alliance Bank JSC, Sberbank Russia JSC;

2. internet-banking (Homebank) “Kazkommertsbank” JSC, BankTuranAlem JSC;

3. bank kiosks Kazkommertsbank JSC, BankTuranAlem JSC.

Advantages:

  • payment can be made at any convenient time and place (including holidays);
  • funds are entered to the payer’s personal account once payment has been made (if payment is made on holidays, that day will be considered as the payment date); …

 

  • you may pay taxes not only against your own tax liabilities, but, if you like, for relatives, friends or any other third parties;
  • Interface contains step-by-step hints to guide you through the payment process (simplicity, convenience);
  • a receipt is issued (payment document).

After a taxpayer has chosen one of the foregoing types of tax payment, the following information should be displayed:

General information on all types of payment.

1. Prior to occurrence of the payment deadline you should receive a notice of the amount of tax (vehicle tax, property tax, land tax) from the tax authority, which you are registered with.

In case you are not registered with the tax committee your payment is addressed to, you will be rejected.

2. You should have a payment card of the Bank, through which you want to pay tax.

3. You should know your TRN or TRN of the person for whom payment is made and the code of the tax authority, where the payment is addressed to (interface of the ATM, Homebank, banking kiosks contains lists of codes and names of RoK Tax Authorities).

Tax payment process using cash dispensers (Halyk Bank JSC, Kazkommertsbank JSC and Aliance Bank JSC).

The tax payment process itself, ATM interface are very simple and intuitive, you should just follow prompts displayed in the ATM screen and press correct buttons:

  1. After a standard procedure (choice of language and pin-code entry) select “Payments and transfers” menu item;
  2. Then select “Tax payment”;
  3. Select “Type of tax” (KBK): “Property Tax payment”, “Land Tax payment” or “Vehicle Tax payment”;
  4. Select “Type of payment” (KNP): tax, penalty, fine or prior years’ arrears;
  5. enter:
  • code of the tax authority (KNO), to which payment is made or select from the list available;
  • taxpayer registration number (TRN);
  1. the screen will show a form to check all the foregoing payment details, as well as information about the commission amount;
  2. once you have confirmed the correctness of entered data, the system attempts a transaction and, if successful, you get back your card and a receipt is issued which is deemed an official document confirming the tax payment.
  3. The receipt contains the following data:
  • Bank’s name;
  • phone number;
  • date and time of tax payment;
  • receipt number;
  • card number;
  • transaction number;
  • authorization code;
  • amount (in KZT);
  • TRN specifying full name of the taxpayer for whom tax is being paid;
  • Tax name;
  • Tax authority code;
  • Payment purpose code;
  • Commission amount (in KZT).

ATTENTION! You must be registered with the Tax authority your tax payment is addressed to, otherwise you will be rejected.

After that, you may proceed with the registration process.

In “Registration” section you may find requirements to the browser, computer and password which must be created foraccessing Homebank.
The procedure for the customer’s identification using the bank card may be performed by two methods: code word (using the code word for blocking the card); ATM receipt (the latest receipt issued by a cash dispenser of BankTuranAlem network, this may be a report on cash withdrawal or an account balance report). To select an item, you should click one of the fields: I remember code word I have the latest ATM receipt   To complete registration, you need to enter the number of your payment card. The procedure for the customer’s identification by a bank card is performed using the code word of the payment card 
Enter the required information (name, last name of the card owner, card No, card code word, email, telephone number, etc.) Enter information (ID number, Name, card code word, etc.).
Enter password and a system registration check word. Thereafter, to access the system you will need to enter username and password to the required fields.     Enter password to register in the system. Further procedure for tax payment via Internet is very simple, you just need to follow the instructions displayed.

• go to section “Payments / Taxes and other obligatory payments to the Budget”:

• specify TRN of an individual for whom payment is going to be made;

 • select taxes you can pay (tax on transport vehicles of individuals, property tax, land tax);

 • then select what exactly you wish to pay: tax, penalty, fine or prior years’ arrears;

• choose from the list the Tax committee your payment goes to;

• select the card from which the funds will be written off;

• enter the payment amount to relevant fields.

If the payment was successful, the screen will display a message confirming that payment has been completed.

A notice with payment details and bank’s commission amount  will be sent to your electronic mail address.

The entire record of your payments can be found in the “Payments archive”. 

 

  1. After the standard authorization procedure at Homebank.kz (choice of language, login and password entry) select items from the upper menu: “Services”-“Payments to the Budget”-“Taxes”;
  2. Select the required type of tax from the list available: “Property tax payment (104102)”, “Land tax payment (104302)” or “Vehicle tax payment (104402)”;
  3. In the main window where the bank commission table is displayed, specify payment details:
  • Account for payment (card from which funds will be written off)
  • TRN for payment
  • Type of payment (tax, penalty, fine or prior years’ arrears)
  • Tax authority’s code
  • Amount (in KZT);
  1. Once you have filled in all fields and checked TRN, press “Pay” button;
  2. After all steps, this message should be displayed: “Payment in the amount of ХХХХ KZT has been accepted. TRN for payment: ХХХХХХХХХ ХХХ”;

The payment information can also be seen in the section “Payments archive”.

You may receive a legal financial document confirming the fact and date of fulfillment of tax liabilities (making payment) free of charge in any KAZKOM operational department on ID presentation.

ATTENTION! You should be registered with the Tax authority to which your tax payment is addressed, otherwise you will be rejected.

If the payment was successful, the screen will display a message and  A notice with payment details and bank’s commission amount  will be sent to your electronic mail address.

There is a folder in the Internet where the history of payments made to the Budget is stored and displayed upon the taxpayer’s request.

Tax payment process using Kazkommertsbank JSC bank kiosks

The bank kiosk is equipped with a touch-screen which determines its main work principle. You should press corresponding buttons on the touch screen in the correct order: 

  1. After the standard authorization procedure, (language choice and PIN-code entry) select “Tax payment” item from “Pay for services” menu.
  2. 2.         Select “Tax type” (KBK):“Property tax payment”, “Land tax payment” or “Vehicle tax payment”; 
  3. Specify payment details:
  • Payment account (card from which funds will be written off)
  • TRN for payment
  • Payment type (tax, penalty, fine or prior years’ arrears)
  • Tax authority’s code
  • Amount (KZT);
  1. Having completed all fields and checked TRN correctness, press “Pay” button;
  2. After all steps, this message will be displayed: “Payment in the amount of ХХХХ KZT has been accepted. TRN for payment: ХХХХХХХХХ ХХХ”.

The entire record of your payments can be found in the “Payments archive”.
