Pursuant to the RoK Law dated 20th June 1997 “On Pension Provisioning in the Republic ofKazakhstan”, RoK Government Decree dated 25th December 2012 No 1676 “On IncreasingAmounts of Pension Payments from the State Center for Pension Payments since 1st January 2013″, pensions were increased by 9% of the amount of received pension payments.
Pension payments from the State Center for Pension Payments assigned till 1 st January2013 are increased for all recipients of pension payments, including long service bonusesfor military officers, employees of special and law-enforcement authorities, who wereawarded special ranks, as well as for persons whose rights to hold special ranks and wearuniforms were cancelled since 1st January 2012.
The Decree was put into effect since 1st January 2013 and officially published in theKazakhstanskaya Pravda Newspaper No2 (27276) dated 4 th January 2013.
